Job summary

Wonder Ivf in India is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage day-to-day finance and accounting at the corporate office and across all branches PAN India.

The role requires CA qualification from ICAI with 3–5 years experience, strong expertise in accounting, taxation and financial management, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• CA qualification from ICAI (3–5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting, financial transactions, and branch accounts.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow across all branches.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax filings and statutory compliance.
• Manage audits, bank reconciliations, budgeting and cost control.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, MIS reports, and branch profitability reports.
• Supervise branch accountants and ensure adherence to policies and controls.
• Report financial performance, discrepancies and risks to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting, financial transactions, and branch-wise accounts.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, collections, vendor payments, and cash flow across all branches.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax filings, and statutory compliance.
• Manage audits, bank reconciliations, budgeting, and cost control.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, MIS reports, and branch-wise profitability reports.
• Supervise branch accountants and ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls.
• Report financial performance, discrepancies, and risks to senior management.

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, auditing, financial management, Excel, and ERP software.

Reporting To: CFO / Director / Management.
