• Audits & Controls: Coordinate internal, statutory and tax audits and maintain strong internal controls.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budgeting, variance analysis, cash flow management and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ledgers, and bank reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards.
• Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct and indirect taxes (GST, Income Tax, TDS), file returns, and handle tax assessments.
• Audits & Controls: Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits, and maintain strong internal controls.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in financial planning, variance analysis, cash flow management, and MIS reporting for leadership.

Requirements

• Qualified CA (ICAI / ACCA or equivalent).
