Job summary

Fly2Infinity in Siliguri, West Bengal, is seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, audit coordination and financial planning. Full-time role.

You will work with management to ensure regulatory compliance and strong financial controls, prepare budgets, MIS, and analyses, coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax authorities, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• CA qualified and ICAI member.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance preferred.
• 2–5 years post-qualification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial operations of the organization.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Prepare budgets, cash-flow statements, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses, and cash flows.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

Reporting To: Management / Finance Head

• Manage accounting and financial operations of the organization.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle GST returns, reconciliations, assessments, and related documentation.
• Manage TDS calculations, returns, and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Prepare budgets, cash-flow statements, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Review ledgers, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial records.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses, and cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support management with financial planning, cost control, and decision-making.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

Qualification & Experience

• CA qualified – ICAI.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance preferred.
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
