Job summary

Virtuhr in India invites a Chartered Accountant to manage statutory, financial and tax matters for the company. You will ensure compliance, coordinate audits, and provide strategic financial guidance to management.

Key responsibilities include GST, TDS, income tax returns, payroll, MIS, P&L, cash flow budgeting, and internal controls. This is a full-time role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of statutory filings.
• Experience in GST, TDS, IT returns and payroll compliance.
• Ability to coordinate audits and provide strategic financial input.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GST, TDS, income tax returns for company and employees are filed timely.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting, MIS, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow budgeting and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and provide tax planning and advisory.
• Review payroll processing, statutory deductions, and reinforce internal controls.

The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing all statutory, financial, and tax-related matters of the company. The role involves ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, audit coordination, and providing strategic financial inputs to management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Compliance-To govern timely Filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns for company and employees, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory return filings Handling assessments, notices, and scrutiny from tax authorities.
2. Accounting & Financial Management-Supervise and review day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Monitoring of Monthly MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Budgeting, variance analysis and cost control.
3. Audit & Taxation-Coordinate with Internal and Statutory Auditors. Tax planning and advisory for the company. Ensure proper documentation for Direct and Indirect Tax matters.
4. Payroll & Statutory Payments-Review payroll processing, salary structure and statutory deductions. Advise management on financial decisions, investments, and compliance risks. Implement and monitor internal financial controls.

Salary Bracket: 8-10 LPA
