Applylegal.com is seeking a Chartered Accountant for a full-time, on-site role in Raipur. You will manage bookkeeping, financial statements, and tax computations, while advising on tax planning and fundraising, and preparing CMA data for clients.

You will review documents for accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with legal and financial professionals to deliver client solutions and strengthen service offerings.

Competenze

• CA qualification with valid certification and registration.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance in India.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements, bookkeeping, and audits.
• Experience filing income tax returns, support tax planning, and manage direct and indirect tax matters.
• Experience advising on business finance, fundraising, and financial structuring for startups and established entities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Raipur. The Chartered Accountant will manage and oversee accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial statements, and tax computations for clients. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and filing income tax returns, advising on tax planning, Preparing credit monitoring arrangements (CMA data), preparing project report and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role also involves supporting clients with financial structuring for fundraising, reviewing financial documents for accuracy, and providing insights to improve financial performance. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with legal and financial professionals, interact directly with clients, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Applylegal.com’s service offerings.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid certification and registration.
