Job summary

Aurum Facility Management in Navi Mumbai, India invites a Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher with 3 years of articleship) to join our Accounts & Compliance team. You will oversee day-to-day financial operations including GL, payroll, and AP/AR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will ensure IND AS compliance, tax regulations, RERA compliance, and internal controls, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IND AS, tax regulations and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Well versed with accounting software (ERP, SAP).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
