Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a dynamic CA Fresher to support Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Compliance, MIS, and Process Improvement initiatives.

The incumbent will work closely with senior finance stakeholders, gaining exposure to finance operations across multiple business functions.

Qualifications

• CA Final to be cleared within 2 attempts.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2026 must apply.
• Exposure to financial reporting, audit, taxation, compliance and MIS.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Reporting and Accounting activities.
• Assist Audit, Taxation and Compliance processes.
• Prepare MIS reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives within finance.
• Collaborate with senior finance stakeholders across functions.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting


• Understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxation


• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)


• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle preferred
