Safe Enterprises Retail Fixtures Limited is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of advisory experience to work on SME clients. You will handle accounting, audits and financial reporting, and independently manage client assignments with thorough documentation.

You will plan internal and client audits, coordinate with clients for required information, review financial statements, and prepare audit and management reports. Strong knowledge of accounting standards is essential.

Formación

• CA with 2–3 years of relevant advisory experience.
• Strong exposure to SME clients, audits, accounting and financial reporting.
• Ability to independently manage client assignments and prepare financial documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients covering accounting, compliance, audit and advisory needs.
• Plan and execute internal and client audits, prepare audit plans, working papers and reports.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain financial information and explanations required for audits.
• Review accounting records and financial statements for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Prepare financial statements, audit reports, and management reports for companies.
• Assist in balance sheets, P&L, cash flows and related schedules.
• Identify issues and provide practical recommendations on accounting and internal controls.
• Develop and review internal controls and accounting processes for SME clients.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting and audit matters.

Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an advisory firm. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to SME clients, statutory/internal audits, accounting and financial reporting, along with the ability to independently manage client assignments and prepare financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle a portfolio of SME clients, understanding their accounting, compliance, audit, and advisory requirements.
• Plan and execute internal audits and client audits, including preparation of audit plans, working papers, documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain financial information, supporting documents, and explanations required for audit and advisory assignments.
• Review accounting records and financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and draft financial statements, audit reports, management reports, and other financial documents for companies.
• Assist clients with preparation and review of financial information, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash-flow statements, and related schedules.
• Identify accounting, financial, and internal-control issues and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• Assist in developing and reviewing internal controls, processes, and accounting systems for SME clients.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining quality and professional standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate with internal team members to resolve accounting and audit-related matters.

Support senior management/partners in providing business, financial, and accounting advisory services to clients.
