Job summary

Infomatics Corp in India is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of relevant experience (Inter CA also considered) to lead financial accounting and statutory compliance.

You will handle day-to-day accounting, finalize books, and manage GST, TDS, and income tax returns, while ensuring accurate MIS reporting and budgeting. Strong Excel and ERP skills with confidentiality are essential.

• Qualified CA. Inter CA with 1-3 years of relevant experience can also be considered.
• Experience in day-to-day accounting, finalization of books, P&L, Balance Sheet.
• GST filing, TDS filing, Income Tax returns.
• Dealing with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
• Ensuring all statutory compliances are met on time

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finalization of books, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow.
• File GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
• Interact with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Implement SOPs and drive process improvements in finance.

• Managing Accounts Payable / Receivable, bank reconciliation and cash flow management

2. Taxation & Compliance:

• GST filing, TDS filing, Income Tax returns
• Dealing with auditors, banks, and tax consultants
• Ensuring all statutory compliances are met on time

3. Billing & Reconciliation:

• Billing reconciliation and revenue tracking
• Vendor and customer reconciliation

4. MIS & Budgeting:

• Preparing monthly MIS reports - revenue, expenses, profitability for management
• Budget preparation, variance analysis and expense control

5. Audit & SOP:

• Internal audit and implementing SOPs for accounts department
• Ensuring financial discipline and process improvement

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge in Tally / ERP, Advanced Excel, GST & Taxation
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential data
