Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with working knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act and SEBI LODR.
• Strong understanding of accounting, compliance, audit processes, and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP; strong financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS for a listed entity.
• Ensure compliance with Related Party Transaction provisions under Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and Ind AS.
• Conduct scrutiny of general ledgers, vendor and customer ledgers, and review of fixed assets, purchase, stores, and raw material registers.
• Liaison with statutory, internal, and related party auditors for timely closure of audits.
• Review and update contingent liabilities and ensure appropriate disclosures.
• Perform variance analysis of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
• Preparation of ageing reports for vendors, customers, and store inventories.
• Prepare and finalize related party transactions, tax audit reports, and income tax returns along with income tax computations.
• Support in generating MIS reports and processing financial information for internal and external reporting.
