Qualifications

• CA mandatory with 7+ years post-qualification experience
• Experience with a listed company and SEBI/stock exchange compliance
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, SEBI (LODR), GST and Income Tax
• ERP systems experience (SAP/Oracle/Tally)
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and SEBI (LODR) requirements
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate financial disclosures for listed entities
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, stock exchange filings, and corporate governance norms
• Coordinate with company secretary for listing obligations compliance
• Manage direct and indirect taxation and statutory returns
• Lead statutory, internal and cost audits; strengthen IFC and risk management
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations; manage cash flow and banking relationships
• Partner with cross-functional teams for cost optimization and profitability

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant, to manage financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The role requires strong expertise in accounting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance frameworks applicable to listed entities.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and SEBI (LODR) requirements
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate financial disclosures for listed entities

Regulatory Compliance (Listed Entity Focus)

• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, stock exchange filings, and corporate governance norms
• Handle quarterly/annual results, investor reporting, and board-level presentations
• Coordinate with the company secretary for compliance with listing obligations

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Manage direct and indirect taxation (income tax, GST, TDS, etc.)
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns
• Handle tax audits, assessments, and notices

Audit & Internal Controls

• Lead statutory, internal, and cost audits
• Strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and risk management frameworks
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Accounts & Treasury

• Oversee AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Optimize fund utilization and financial risk

Business Partnering

• Work closely with cross-functional teams for cost optimization and profitability
• Support strategic initiatives, expansions, and investment decisions

Key Requirements

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
• Experience: 7+ years post-qualification
• Mandatory: Prior experience working with a listed company and handling SEBI/stock exchange compliance
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, SEBI (LODR), GST, and Income Tax
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally)
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
