Job summary

GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra in Hyderabad seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial accounting, reporting, and statements for high-rise luxury residential projects. You will manage budgets, cash flow, GST compliance, vendor payments, and project-level cost control.

You will coordinate with auditors, banks, and project teams, handle revenue recognition, MIS, and budget variance analysis, and ensure timely statutory returns while maintaining transparent financial records.

• Oversee project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory regulations.
• Monitor project expenses, vendor payments, and contractor billing.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, MIS, and budget variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Manage project-wise accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reconciliations.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support financial due diligence, audits, and RERA-related financial compliance.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, QS, and project teams to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
