Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Gurugram. The Chartered Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant standards. The role involves overseeing tax planning and filings, ensuring adherence to RBI and NBFC regulatory requirements, and supporting internal and statutory audits. The professional will analyze financial data, prepare management reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to risk assessment and internal controls. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to provide financial insights that support lending decisions and capital deployment.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of accounting standards, NBFC regulations, and RBI guidelines.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, including preparation and analysis of MIS and management dashboards.
• Experience in taxation and compliance, including direct and indirect tax, regulatory filings, and liaison with auditors and authorities.
• Strong skills in internal controls, audit support, and risk assessment within a financial services or NBFC environment.
• Comfort with technology-driven finance operations and accounting/ERP software; advanced Excel and data analysis skills are an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and present financial insights to leadership.
• Prior experience in NBFCs, banking, or corporate finance is preferred; exposure to MSME financing or lending products is an added advantage.
