Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Gurugram. The Chartered Accountant will handle statutory and internal audits, review financial statements, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing and finalizing accounts, managing tax computations and filings, assisting with transfer pricing documentation, and supporting corporate law and regulatory reporting requirements. The role also involves conducting due diligence and concurrent audits for clients, analyzing financial data, identifying process improvements, and preparing clear, well-structured reports and presentations for management and clients. Collaboration with partners, team members, and client stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality professional services is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting.
• Experience in statutory, internal, and management audits, including planning, execution, documentation, and audit report preparation.
• Knowledge of direct taxation, international taxation, and transfer pricing, with the ability to manage tax computations, returns, and related compliance.
• Familiarity with corporate law and regulatory requirements, including company law, secretarial compliances, and related filings.
• Proficiency in financial accounting, general ledger review, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with relevant standards.
• Comfort with using accounting and audit software, MS Excel, and other productivity tools for analysis, documentation, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
• Prior experience in a CA firm or professional services environment is an advantage; exposure to diverse industry sectors is preferred.
