We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to lead financial accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, and audit functions. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, regulatory adherence, and accurate reporting across the organization.
Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Maintain and implement robust internal financial controls and accounting standards.
Manage compliance under GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory frameworks.
Prepare and file all statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
Oversee tax audits, assessments, and regulatory submissions.
Provide strategic tax planning and optimization recommendations.
Lead internal audit activities and coordinate with external/statutory auditors.
Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Maintain compliance documentation and ensure timely completion of audit cycles.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive MIS reports.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support informed management decisions.
Evaluate project costs, fund allocation, and financial performance metrics.
Manage banking operations including working capital requirements, fund flow planning, and financial documentation.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity management, and treasury-related activities.
Oversee vendor payments, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments, CSR teams, and project leads for financial validation.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with an active membership in ICAI.
5-10 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial management.
Manage financial records and reporting requirements specific to Trusts/NGOs
Strong command of Tally, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
Exceptional understanding of statutory laws, financial regulations, and audit practices.
Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and communication proficiency.
Maintain transparency, accountability, and compliance in all financial activities of the Trust/NGO.
High integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under strict deadlines.
