Job summary

Rishi Kiran Logistics seeks a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in Gandhidham, Gujarat. The role covers financial accounting, reporting, taxation, audit, compliance and internal controls, with responsibility for timely close and statutory filings.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years post-qualification experience, strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Corporate Act compliance, and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. Relocation support may be considered.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification in Financial Accounting.
• Preference for candidates from large organizations or Logistics/Infrastructure sectors.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Gandhidham, Gujarat.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Financial Accounting and ensure accurate maintenance of books.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.
• Ensure timely finalization of accounts and statutory financial reporting.
• Handle Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST), TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate and manage Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and forecasts.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital management.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other requirements.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and drive process improvements.
• Support management with financial analysis, strategic planning and decisions.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Job Summary
