Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid membership.
• Proven experience in internal auditing, accounting, and compliance with IndAS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and audits.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct internal audits for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with IndAS (Indian Accounting Standards).
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving clients’ financial performance and internal controls.
• Liaise with clients to understand their financial needs, provide timely updates, and offer solutions to accounting-related challenges.
• Handle accounting and taxation matters, including filing returns, handling tax audits, and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations.
• Assist clients in the implementation of new accounting standards (IndAS) and other regulatory changes.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency in financial reporting.
• Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and optimization in clients' accounting systems and processes.
• Travel to client sites as required, ensuring quality service delivery and building strong client relationships.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest accounting, auditing, and taxation regulations.
