Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, BSE listing regulations and statutory filings.
• Manage direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS).
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audits.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, GL).
• Manage inventory, real estate project accounting and financial services accounting.
• Establish internal controls and accounting policies.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and strategic decisions.
• Provide financial reports and insights to senior management.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the accounting function of a BSE-listed company with diversified business operations across trading, real estate, and financial services.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and accounting standards, along with the ability to manage accounting operations across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and consolidated financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, BSE listing regulations, and statutory filing requirements.
• Manage direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, GST, and TDS.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audits and assessments.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Manage inventory accounting, real estate project accounting, and financial services accounting.
• Establish internal controls and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic business decisions.
• Provide financial reports and insights to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
