Job summary

ASSPL is seeking a Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery in Ahmedabad to oversee a team of ADEs, onboard local retail partners, and ensure activation and delivery targets meet Amazon's standards.

You will coach the team, monitor KPIs, address systemic issues with cross-functional partners, and drive scalable improvements across Operations, Last Mile and Programs. 1+ year in a customer-facing/logistics role and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and Excel.

The Channel Lead will serve as coach, problem-solver, and results driver, enabling their team to succeed in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
