Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Channel Solutions Engineer to join the Channel Sales Engineering team in Bengaluru or Hyderabad. You will build partner relationships, drive technical enablement, and educate customers on cloud security trends while showcasing Netskope solutions.

The role requires a strong background in security technologies, API know-how, and enterprise architecture, with a track record of engaging executives and architects. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer.
• Proven track record presenting technical information at executive/architect level.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems.
• Proficient in mobile device technologies and OS (Android/iOS/Windows).
• Knowledge of certificates, key management, HSM and related protocols.
• Hands-on experience with information security solutions (Web Proxy, NGFW, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, DLP, HSM).
• Experience with ActiveDirectory/ADFS and Azure AD is desired.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical enablement activities for partners.
• Educate customers on trends driving cloud security and how Netskope addresses them.
• Deliver effective demos and best-practices sessions on deployments and workshops.
• Provide on-the-job training for partner SEs by shadowing presentations and installations.
• Help partners create evaluation test plans that highlight Netskope strengths.
• Present at channel-driven marketing activities as needed.
• Assist in selling efforts with partner technical resources during recruitment.
• Collaborate with other SEs, sales teams, and trainers.

About the position:

The Netskope Channel Solutions Engineer will come on board with the full support of the executive team. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.

Responsibilities include:

As a Netskope Channel Solutions Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Build relationships with key partner base and their SEs
• Own and drive technical enablement activities for key and assigned partner base
• Educate customers on the ongoing trends and challenges that are driving the need for cloud security and help channel understand where Netskope addresses these challenges
• Deliver effective demos, best practices session on UCs, deployments & workshops as needed
• Provide on the job training for partner SEs by allowing partner SE to shadow presentations and evaluation installations.
• Help partners create evaluation test plans with customers that highlight the strengths of our platform to position Netskope as the clear cloud security leader
• Present at channel-driven marketing activities as-neededbasis.
• Assist in the selling effort to partner technical resources during new partner recruitment
• Work with channel partners to proactively expand our awareness and install base within existing accounts.
• Collaborates with other SEs, sales teams, and trainers

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level
• Proven track record using it to help drive revenue
• Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration and administration UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems
• Proficient in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and OS such as Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile
• Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM and related protocols
• Proven hands-on experience with information security solutions such as Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, DLP, Data security and protection technologies such as HSM, Tokenization & encryption gateways
• Experience working with ActiveDirectoryServices including ADFS, working knowledge of Azure AD is desired
• Knowledgeable with application programming; such as REST/SOAP API’s, JSON and enterprise architectures
• Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and the ability to distill technology trends, and explain complex behaviors in simple terms
