Job summary

Netskope is hiring a Principal Product Manager to drive the strategy and development of AI Agent security for enterprise environments and AI applications. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, research, and go-to-market to deliver a secure Skylight AI platform with end-user protection, risk detection, and real-time response.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in product management, 5+ years in endpoint security, and a strong track record delivering cloud-native security products.

About The Role

Netskope Product Managers use their passion for AI security to bridge customer business requirements with key market trends, and deliver world-class products to market. You will work closely with customers and prospects to present our solutions and understand their requirements, and you will partner with engineering, marketing and the field to define the product roadmap, launch the product and develop an effective GTM plan.

What's In It For You

We are looking for a talented Principal Product Manager who is passionate about creating a seamless experience for the enterprises as they adopt Netskope Skylight AI Security Platform. In this role you will lead the strategy and development of AI Agent security for AI applications and agents running locally, detect risky or anomalous behavior (such as prompt injection, data leakage, and unsanctioned tool use), and enable security teams to respond in real time.

You’ll partner with engineering, research, and customer-facing teams to secure risky agent actions on end user devices and agent platforms with well-defined security requirements, and shape the roadmap as AI agents become a core part of how employees work. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of product management experience (including endpoint security), a deep understanding of how AI models, agents, and tool-calling protocols such as MCP work, and a track record of influencing without authority and explaining technical risk to both practitioners and executives.

As the product owner, you will define strategy, drive execution and collaborate with engineering, research and go to market teams to bring AI agent security to enterprise environments and security workflows.

What You Will Be Doing

• You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, execution and roadmap.
• Translating customer business needs into product strategy and technology requirements as part of MRD and PRD
• Developing, managing and communicating the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders
• Taking ownership of working with the broader team to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Ensuring optimal user experiences for end users by working closely with UX/UI designer and development teams on workflows, look-and-feel
• Developing compelling sales tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teams.
• Creating financial, market, and other analytical models to guide product pricing and go-to-market decisions
• Maintaining competitive matrix and competitive intelligence materials including hands-on product testing
• Traveling up to 25% (2x year to USA, customer meetings, trade shows)

Required Skills And Experience

• 15+ years of experience in product management.
• 5+ years of specialized experience in endpoint security or related cybersecurity markets.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SaaS or cloud-native security products.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML solutions, including collaborating with technical AI/ML engineering teams.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills, capable of navigating fast-paced environments and managing overlapping deliverables.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and execution.

Education

• BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or MBA strongly preferred
