  • Develop training materials and provide guidance to internal users on channel usage and best practices.
  • Track channel performance, resolve issues, and resolve complex problems when necessary.
  • Ensure all channel content and processes adhere to procurement policies and audit requirements.
  • Work closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality

Summary:

The Procurement Operations Analyst (Channel Enablement) will play a key role in implementing and managing procurement channels that enable efficient, compliant, and user-friendly purchasing experiences. Your responsibilities include supporting the rollout of catalogues, guided buying, and self-service tools, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with procurement policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the rollout of procurement channels, including catalogues, guided buying, and self-service tools.
  • Maintain and update catalogues, price lists, and other channel content to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop training materials and provide guidance to internal users on channel usage and best practices.
  • Track channel performance, resolve issues, and resolve complex problems when necessary.
  • Ensure all channel content and processes adhere to procurement policies and audit requirements.
  • Work closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality
Position requirements:
  • +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories.
  • Experience managing catalogues, price lists and procurement content.
  • Strong understanding of user training and adoption practices.
  • Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry.
  • Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others.
  • Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
