This role focuses on business planning, MIS reporting, dashboard management, and sales analytics for distribution channels. The person will track key metrics like activation, productivity, payouts, and channel performance, generate insights for leadership, support R&R and incentive programs, and prepare business reviews. It requires strong Excel, data analysis, reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to drive data-based decision-making and improve distribution performance.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support annual and periodic business planning for distribution channels.
• Build and manage dashboards and MIS reports for key business metrics including activation, productivity, payouts, and channel performance.
• Track performance trends and generate actionable insights for business leadership.
• Execute rollout of employee and distributor payout schemes and Reward & Recognition programs in collaboration with the Central Sales & Distribution (S&D) Planning Team.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all business reporting and analytics deliverables.
• Develop senior management presentations and business reviews using data-driven insights.
• Monitor KPI performance and recommend improvement opportunities.

Internal Interfaces:

• Integrated Channel Sales Teams (Regional, Zonal, and Branch Teams).
• Central Sales & Distribution (S&D) Planning Team.

External Interfaces:

• Distribution Partners.
• Channel Partners (as applicable).

Key Performance Indicators:

• Accuracy and timeliness of MIS and reporting.
• Adoption and usability of dashboards.
• Effectiveness and tracking of payout schemes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 5+ Years

Relevant Work Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics, MIS, Business Planning, or Reporting roles.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and presentation skills.
• Ability to derive meaningful business insights from large datasets.

• Experience preparing senior management presentations and executive reports.
