The Change Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring strategic initiatives are successfully adopted across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise change strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, leadership engagement, organizational readiness, communications, capability building, and long-term adoption. Success in this role requires balancing people, process, and business priorities to help organizations realize the full value of transformation investments.
Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new operating models, processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Integrate change management into program execution, aligning with business objectives, implementation roadmaps, and organizational priorities.
Assess organizational readiness by identifying adoption risks, stakeholder impacts, capability gaps, and resistance, and implement mitigation plans to ensure business readiness.
Consult & govern enablement and adoption programs that equip employees to successfully transition to new ways of working.
Build stakeholder engagement and executive sponsorship strategies that drive alignment, commitment, and accountability across leadership and cross-functional teams.
Coach leaders on effective change leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Lead meaningful conversations with business leaders on transformation program governance, decision-making, and negotiating resolution, using strong business judgment, situational awareness, and executive presence to read the room, steer discussions toward desired outcomes, and flag issues or red flags early.
Develop and deliver executive communications, leadership messaging, presentations, toolkits, and communication plans that clearly articulate the transformation vision, business rationale, progress, and expected outcomes.
Ensure consistent, transparent, and aligned messaging across stakeholder groups.
Define and monitor change KPIs, adoption metrics, organizational health indicators, stakeholder sentiment, and training effectiveness to measure success and recommend improvements.
Partner with strategy, program management, HRBP, Communications, learning and development, technology, business operations, and executive leadership to align change activities with business priorities and execution timelines.
Establish scalable change management frameworks, governance, templates, and best practices that strengthen organizational change capability and support continuous improvement.
