Job summary

A production and client servicing company in Mumbai is looking for a team player to assist the Producers on-site with production information and schedules. The ideal candidate should have a graduation degree and at least 2 years of experience in client servicing. Familiarity with production management tools and CGI environments is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential as the role involves supporting artists and managing tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Client Servicing or similar profile with similar/digital industry.

• Able to work in rotational shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist Producers/Onsite Team with Production Information and Schedules.
• Manage task assignments and priorities for artists.

• Manage incoming data and output deliveries.

Job Responsibilities:

Assists the Producers/Onsite Team by managing task assignments and priorities for the artists.
Provides artists with support to enable them to complete assigned tasks
Publishes client notes within studio project management system
Managing incoming data, and outputting deliveries in a variety of methods

Minimum Requirements:

• General graduation or College degree is must.
• 2+ years of experience in Client Servicing or similar profile with similar/digital industry
• Familiarity with Shotgun, MassTransit, and/or Aspera preferred
• Microsoft Project or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience working in a CGI environment preferred
• Able to work in rotational shift
