Job summary

LTM is seeking a Salesforce CG Cloud Developer to design, build, and optimize B2B CRM solutions for FMCG/CPG industries in India. You will focus on automating retail execution, visit planning, and trade promotions while enabling offline mobile capabilities for field teams.

Key responsibilities include developing TPM workflows, integrating Salesforce with ERP/DMS/OMS, and writing scalable Apex and LWC code. Mandatory certification is Salesforce Platform Developer I; others are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Domain knowledge of FMCG/CPG field operations, retail merchandising and distribution networks.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification mandatory; Platform Developer II and Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize B2B CRM solutions for FMCG/CPG industries.
• Develop and maintain TPM workflows for trade funds, product hierarchies and assortments.
• Configure CG Cloud mobile app for field reps with offline data sync and troubleshooting.
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP, DMS and OMS external platforms.
• Write scalable code using Apex, LWC, SAQL and SOQL.
