L T M is seeking a Salesforce CG Cloud Developer to design, build, and optimize B2B CRM solutions for FMCG/CPG industries in India. You will focus on automating retail execution, visit planning, and trade promotions while ensuring robust integrations with ERP, DMS, and OMS.

The ideal candidate brings strong Apex, LWC, and JavaScript skills, plus Salesforce CG Cloud certifications. You will contribute to scalable development and field-operations support in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing B2B CRM solutions for FMCG/CPG industries.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CG Cloud, TPM and retail execution.
• Proven skills in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Retail Execution: manage visit planning and KPI tracking.
• Trade Promotion Management: support TPM workflows and product hierarchies.
• Mobile Offline: configure CG Cloud app with offline sync.
• Integration: connect Salesforce to ERP, DMS and OMS.

Core Responsibilities

• Retail Execution Customize Visit Management route optimization inventory auditing and Perfect Store KPIs
• Trade Promotion Management TPM Develop and maintain workflows for trade fund management product hierarchies and assortments
• Mobile Offline Capability Configure and troubleshoot the CG Cloud mobile app for field representatives including offline data synchronization
• Integration Integrate Salesforce with external platforms like ERP DMS and OMS
• Standard Development Write scalable code using Apex Lightning Web Components LWC SAQL and SOQL

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Technical Stack Proficiency in Apex LWC JavaScript RESTSOAP APIs
