Responsibilities

• Transition & Succession Planning: Partner closely with the incumbent CFO to understand existing processes, systems and strategic priorities; lead a phased transition into the CFO role over an agreed timeframe.
• Strategic Finance Leadership: Own long-term financial planning, budgeting and forecasting aligned to business growth; support the CEO and Board on expansion, M&A evaluation and funding strategy.
• Commercial & Operational Finance: Strengthen site-level and business-unit financial controls; lead profitability, cost rationalisation and working capital initiatives across a multi-location operating model.
• Compliance, Taxation & Risk: Ensure robust statutory, tax and audit compliance; implement governance frameworks across finance operations and reporting.
• Investor & Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organisation credibly at Board and investor meetings; maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors and financial institutions.
• Technology & Digitisation of Finance: Drive finance automation and analytics in partnership with IT/Digital teams, enabling data-driven decision-making enterprise-wide.

Role Overview
