• Experience in Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership.
• Develop and execute the organization''s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and business restructuring initiatives.
• Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Develop profitability improvement strategies for each business vertical.
• Corporate Finance & Treasury.
• Manage cash flow and working capital efficiently.
• Oversee treasury operations and fund management.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting.
