Job summary

JMAN Group in Chennai, India, is seeking an experienced Workday HCM consultant to provide technical expertise across Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance, Learning, and Analytics. You will lead client projects from planning to go-live within agreed timelines.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of hands-on Workday experience, strong EIB integration knowledge using Core Connector, and a valid Workday certification.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in implementing or supporting Workday HCM applications.
• Strong understanding of EIB architecture and its integration with other systems using Core Connector or other adapters like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience working on at least two full-cycle implementations of Workday HCM modules including setup configuration testing data migration reporting testing documentation support production support.
• Must have the Licensed Certification from Workday
