Job summary

JMAN Group is a fast-growing data engineering and data science consultancy with offices in London, New York and Chennai. We hire for roles providing deep Workday HCM expertise to implement and support core HR, Absence + Talent, Time & Labor, Benefits, and other modules.

The candidate will lead end-to-end Workday implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in ongoing knowledge-sharing to leverage the latest product enhancements.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM applications.
• Strong understanding of EIB architecture and integration with Core Connector or adapters like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience on at least two full-cycle Workday HCM implementations including setup, configuration, testing, data migration, reporting, documentation and production support.
• Must have a Workday Licensed Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence + Talent, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Analytics.
• Lead implementation projects from planning to go-live phase, ensuring delivery within timelines.
• Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and best practices.

• Must have the Licensed Certification from Workday
