Working Days: 6 (Monday Saturday)

As a Centre Manager, you will lead one of upGrads Offline Learning Centres, with a strong focus on sales, operations, and learner success. You will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing centre performance, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for learners. Key Responsibilities

• Own centre performance by driving admissions, revenue, and learner success while managing day-to-day operations.

Skills & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in education or related industries.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth and managing operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
