Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day hospital/centre operations.
• Supervise administrative, clinical, and support staff.
• Ensure excellent patient service and satisfaction.
• Monitor revenue, billing, and operating costs.
• Achieve business and occupancy targets.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and NABH standards.
• Handle escalations, complaints, and crisis situations.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.
• Drive marketing and patient engagement initiatives.
