Job summary

State Bank of India invites applications for Engagement of Specialist Cadre Officers on contract basis in Mumbai. Age 30-40 years, 3+ years in relevant financial services with 2+ years in Central Operations within Wealth Management. Knowledge of equity, structured products, PMS, mutual funds and advisory is essential.

Job Profile : -

• Timely and effective completion of daily operations, AMC coordination, CPA generation and upload, End of Day Activities etc.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for the Post : -

CTC Upper Limit : - 37.20 Lakhs

Fixed Pay : - INR 27.32 Lakhs

Conveyance, Mobile, Medical Allowances : - INR 0.32 Lakhs

Performance Linked Pay : - 0% to 35% of Fixed Pay

Annual Increment Band : - 0% to 25%

Variable Pay /Performance Linked Pay (PLP) : -

• Eligible for Performance Linked Pay and Annual Increment based on the performance rating measured as per Banks Policy.

Contract Period : -

• 5 Years


• (Renewable another 4 years at the discretion of the Bank subject to fulfilment of any such conditions as may be stipulated by the Bank)


• $ The contract period is 5 Years. The contract can be terminated at any time, without prejudice, by giving two (2) months notice from either side or on payment/surrender of two (2) months' compensation amount in lieu thereof.
