Job Summary

Responsible for the overall administration and operations of the dialysis centres, ensuring efficient resource utilization, smooth processes, patient satisfaction, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day centre operations, staff attendance, leave, OT, and grievances.
• Handle patient scheduling, billing, cash, petty cash, and regular partner payments.
• Manage inventory, assets, records, and centre purchases.
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and support functions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and customer satisfaction.
• Support diagnostic services and operational improvement initiatives.
• Maintain cost efficiency and take corrective/preventive actions when required.
• Coordinate with senior leadership, clients, and diverse teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation.

Candidate Profile
