Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a process mining professional to design KPI-driven analytics and develop end-to-end dashboards. You will work with Celonis and Signavio, building insights-driven visualizations to support operational decisions.

You will design metrics, optimize data connectivity across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments, and collaborate with clients to translate requirements into robust process‑mining solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with process mining platforms like Celonis and Signavio.
• Ability to design end-to-end KPI dashboards.
• Experience with data connectors and APIs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of OCPM concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Process Mining technologies and solutions offered by Celonis, SAP Signavio, and related tools.
• Design and develop KPIs and performance metrics tailored to business processes; build end-to-end dashboards and insights‑driven visualizations.
• Work with Celonis components (Views, Action Flows, Skills, Knowledge Models, Simulation, Data Explorer) and Signavio Process Insights and PI accelerators.
• Identify and implement Execution Gap use cases; connect to data sources via APIs, RFCs and other integration methods.

Your Role

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Process Mining technologies and solutions offered by leading platforms such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, and related tools.
• Design and develop KPIs and performance metrics tailored to specific business processes and client use cases. Build end-to-end Analysis Dashboards, Execution Apps, and insights‑driven visualizations to support operational decision‑making.
• Work extensively with Celonis components, including Views, Action Flows, Skills, Knowledge Models, Simulation, and Data Explorer. Utilize Signavio Process Insights, Process Intelligence, and Plug Gain accelerators to drive transformation outcomes.
• Identify, define, and implement Execution Gap use cases across various business workflows. Establish and manage connections to diverse data sources using APIs, RFCs, and other integration mechanisms.

Your Profile

• Create custom connectors and set up end‑to‑end live data connectivity across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL, PQL (Process Query Language), and Signavio Signal queries to support data modeling and analysis. Implement Multi‑Event Log structures for complex process scenarios and custom mining requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather, understand, and translate requirements into robust process‑mining solutions.Present insights, findings, and recommendations effectively through strong presentation and communication skills.
• Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to explore processes, detect inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations.
• Knowledge of OCPM (Object‑Centric Process Mining) concepts and implementation approaches. It is beneficial for candidates to have implementation experience with Celonis AI features such as Process CoPilot, Insights Explorer, PI Graph, MCP, AI Agents, and the Annotation Builder.
