Responsibilities

• Administer and support Empower CDS environments across multiple sites.
• Perform configuration, user management, and access control.
• Lead CSV activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, IT and lab users to implement enhancements.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and global deployments.
• Integrate with LIMS, ELN, and ERP; create docs and training.
