Tekskills Inc. seeks an Empower Global CDS Specialist to manage Waters Empower CDS in a regulated lab setting. You will oversee global deployments across sites, configure systems, and lead CSV activities including IQ/OQ/PQ while ensuring GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

You will collaborate with QA/QC, IT, and lab users to implement enhancements, manage upgrades, and integrate with LIMS/ELN/ERP. Strong SQL, scripting, and data integrity experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience with Waters Empower CDS in regulated labs.
• Hands-on expertise in Empower CDS (Global Deployment) and lab workflows.
• Strong knowledge of system validation, CSV, and data integrity.
• Experience with GxP regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, and multi-site deployments.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support Waters Empower Global CDS environments across multiple sites.
• Perform system configuration, user management, and access control.
• Lead and execute Computer System Validation (CSV) activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Ensure compliance with GxP regulations, including 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity standards.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.
• Collaborate with lab users, QAQC, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and global deployments.
• Support integration with other enterprise systems such as LIMS, ELN, and ERP.
• Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, validation protocols, and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and provide ongoing technical support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in lab informatics systems.
