Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• Certification in CCTV Surveillance or Security Operations is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
• Detect, investigate, and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety violations.
• Maintain a constant watch over company premises and critical operational areas.
• Record, document, and escalation incidents to the concerned departments.
• Retrieve and review CCTV footage whenever required for investigations.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues.
• Maintain surveillance logs and prepare daily incident reports.
• Coordinate with the Security Team and management during emergencies.
• Ensure confidentiality of surveillance data and adhere to company security policies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of alertness.
