Responsibilities include monitoring feeds, reporting violations, and coordinating with security staff. The candidate should be disciplined, capable of handling multiple camera feeds, and willing to work at project sites

Qualifications

• Graduation required; 2–5 years in CCTV monitoring or security operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and surveillance systems.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts if needed.

Responsabilités

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and vigilant CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance cameras across company premises, project sites, and office locations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring security activities, identifying suspicious movements, maintaining surveillance records, and promptly reporting any security incidents to the concerned authorities.

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor live CCTV camera feeds across office premises, project sites, and other company locations.
2. Identify and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, and security violations.
3. Ensure continuous monitoring of surveillance systems during assigned shifts.
4. Maintain CCTV footage records and retrieve recordings whenever required.
5. Immediately report security incidents, thefts, accidents, or unusual activities to the reporting manager.
6. Monitor entry and exit movements of employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
7. Coordinate with security guards and site personnel to ensure effective security management.
8. Check the proper functioning of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and monitoring equipment.
9. Maintain daily monitoring logs, incident reports, and shift handover records.
10. Ensure confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access or sharing of CCTV footage.
11. Escalate technical issues related to CCTV equipment to the IT/Admin team.
12. Follow company security procedures and instructions from management.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• 2 to 5 years of experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR, NVR, and surveillance systems.
• Good observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify unusual activities and respond promptly.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.

4. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in real estate, construction sites, corporate offices, or large commercial premises will be preferred.
• Should be disciplined, alert, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Ability to handle multiple camera feeds simultaneously.
• Willingness to work at project sites and office locations as required.

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Effective and continuous CCTV monitoring.
• Timely reporting of suspicious activities and security incidents.
• Accuracy in maintaining surveillance and incident records.
• Proper handling and confidentiality of CCTV footage.
• Timely identification and escalation of technical issues.

6. Job Location

Hyderabad Head Office / Project Sites (as per company requirements).
