Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Noida is seeking a CCTV Engineer to maintain and operate the campus CCTV system, supervise the engineering team, and coordinate with the Property Manager for technical issues.

Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with 3–5 years in Real Estate, hotel, or construction; residential site experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CCTV system on the campus.

Taking charge of entire technical assets in building, managing engineering team, and supporting the Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager your team leader for coordinating for technical issues with client and occupants. Your key deliverables will be to:Responsible for the Upkeep of CCTC system on the campus.Periodically checking of all the CCTV cameraRepair of faulty camerasRaise requisition for materials required for repair of CCTVAny other work assigned by the Seniors.Reporting:You will be working with our operations team and reporting to the Building / Estate Manager.Sound like you?
