Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Bengaluru is seeking a Cathlab Application Specialist to educate customers on cardiac technology applications. You will train users, troubleshoot, and optimize client workflows in a hospital/MedTech environment.

Travel up to 70% is required; prior Cathlab experience and strong communication skills are essential for successful on-site consultancy and expansion of Educate and Expand offerings.

Qualifications

• Diploma, BSc or MSc in Cardiac Technology (Cathlab) or related field.
• Experience in hospital or MedTech Cathlab environment preferred.
• 2 years experience preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer application education and support to enhance satisfaction and productivity.
• Support on-site selling of Educate and Expand offerings through competent application consultancy.

• Increase customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality customer application education and support, incl. turnover training and further continuative education, thereby optimize customer training experience
• Increase efficacy of sales through competent application consultancy and support as well as on-site selling of Educate and Expand offerings

Experience:

Working Experience in Hospital or MedTech company as Cathlab Application Specialist.

Required Experience:
