Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, category management or strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel and BI tools.
• Ability to develop data-driven business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Apply AI to enhance Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier compliance and global agreements to maximize rebates.
• Develop country-level business cases and drive adoption with local teams.
• Support the Cleaning Category strategy with spend analysis and benchmarking.
• Manage governance for the five-year global agreement; KPI tracking and BRM prep.
• Support strategic supplier initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Main purpose of the position

ISS is looking for dynamic individuals in Category Management to drive business value by transforming contract management into a proactive, strategic, and value‑driven function.

What You’ll Do

• Drive supplier compliance across ISS countries by transitioning non‑compliant cleaning spend to the global Solenis/Diversey agreement, maximizing rebate opportunities.
• Develop and execute country‑level business cases for preferred supplier solutions, partnering with local Procurement and Operations teams to drive adoption.
• Support the Cleaning Category strategy through spend analysis, benchmarking, and supplier performance tracking.
• Manage governance for the five‑year global agreement, including KPI tracking, reporting, surveys, and Business Review Meeting (BRM) preparation.
• Support strategic ISS‑supplier initiatives, including joint productivity, innovation, and continuous improvement programs.
• Provide ad hoc commercial and analytical support across the Group Cleaning portfolio.

Key Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, or commercial analysis within a global or multi‑country environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Sievo, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to develop data‑driven business cases and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Apply AI to enhance Power BI reporting, process analytics, and business communications, driving greater efficiency and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions, regions, and cultures.
• Self‑motivated and well‑organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are considered an asset.
