The British Council Noida office is seeking a Finance Transformation specialist to lead global cash and liquidity management initiatives. You will shape forecasting, banking operations, controls and automation projects in a multinational environment.
Collaborating with Treasury, Finance Control, and Digital teams, you will drive standards, KPIs and governance while managing stakeholder expectations across regions. Hybrid working is available with English communication essential.

Cash & Liquidity Management (CLM) partners with the Global Process Owner to drive the design, standardisation, optimisation, governance, and continuous improvement of global cash and liquidity management processes, supporting the Finance Transformation agenda. The role provides expert guidance on cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, banking operations, treasury integration, financial controls, and automation opportunities to improve cash visibility, working capital efficiency, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Working closely with Treasury, Financial Control, Shared Service Centres, Managed Service Providers, Digital and Technology teams, and business stakeholders, the SME leads process transformation initiatives from design through implementation and BAU transition, ensuring robust governance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable outcomes. The role is also responsible for identifying risks and improvement opportunities, developing global standards, controls, performance measures, and reporting frameworks, while acting as a trusted advisor and deputy to the Global Process Owner on strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, and process excellence activities across the global finance organisation.
The British Council systems and global processes operate in English. Written and verbal proficiency in English is required.
