Job summary

British Council in Noida, India seeks an experienced leader to own the end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors service lifecycle. You will drive the roadmap, governance of suppliers, and continual service improvements while aligning with HR and Digital & Technology strategies.

The role requires 12-15 years in enterprise HR tech, deep SAP SuccessFactors knowledge, and strong incident and release management. Hybrid working is supported; candidate must have legal right to work in India.

Qualifications

  • 12-15 years of experience in Enterprise HR Technology.
  • Significant experience leading SAP SuccessFactors services in a complex global organisation.
  • Experience owning SuccessFactors service lifecycle and roadmap.
  • Strong supplier and managed service governance experience.
  • Experience driving continual service improvement.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules, integrations and release management.
  • Experience managing SLAs, OLAs, KPIs and operational reporting.
  • Experience managing major incidents and service transition.
  • Experience engaging senior HR and Technology stakeholders.

We inspire.The Role Own the end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors service lifecycle, ensuring the platform delivers secure, reliable and business-aligned capabilities supporting the British Council's People Strategy and Digital Engagement Strategy. Accountable for the SuccessFactors roadmap, operational excellence, continual service improvement, supplier performance, governance, release management and adoption of new capabilities. Partner with HR, Digital & Technology and managed service providers to maximise business value while maintaining compliance and service performance. Evaluate emerging SAP innovations including SAP Business AI where they deliver measurable value. Operate within Digital & Technology Operations as the service owner for SuccessFactors. Work with HR, suppliers and global stakeholders to ensure the platform supports evolving business needs while maintaining operational resilience, security, compliance and continual improvement.

  • Master's degree (MBA or Information Systems).
Professional Qualification and Certification Minimum / Essential
  • ITIL V4 Foundation
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification
  • Prince2 Foundation (or equivalent)

  • Prince 2 Foundation/Practitioner
