British Council in Noida, India is seeking a People Service Desk Executive on a 7-month fixed-term contract. The role supports HR admin across countries not covered by MSP, with focus on delivering prompt, end-to-end user support and ensuring accurate data in HR systems.
You will work within People Experience, liaising with Global Business Services and People teams, handling 1st/2nd level support, contract administration, and HR data tasks in MYHR and SAP SuccessFactors.

Based within the People Experience pillar, you will work closely with the Global Business Services team and People function colleagues, and other stakeholders across British Council globally. The People function as well as the wider organisation is undergoing a significant level of change as part of our strategic response to the key challenges facing the organisation, including the need to remain sustainable in our spend, agile in our approach and effective in the way we work. Working within a global matrix organisation, the role will demand strong communication and organisation skills and an ability to deliver through influence, building relationships internally and providing an exceptional and quality experience for all candidates applying to the British Council.
An People Service Desk Executive will support with all HR admin (Service Desk, PAS,Tier2 MYHR support, HR Ops admin) work for countries that are not being supported by Managed Service Provider. They will also process approved MyHR/other HR technology access requests for TCS colleagues.
Taking responsibility for delivering an exceptional end-to-end user experience with complete focus on quick and efficient completions of tasks/activities/queries assigned.
