• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to conduct sessions, deliver workshops, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in advising students, early-career professionals, or experienced talent in a counseling, HR, or learning and development setting.
• Ability to analyze labor market trends and skill requirements and translate them into practical guidance for candidates.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing non-discriminatory, inclusive support to diverse individuals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in counseling or career coaching are an advantage.
• Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and online platforms used for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
