Job summary

Marksans Pharma Ltd. in Goa, India, is seeking an operator to handle capsule filling lines in a regulated OSD manufacturing environment.

You will set up, operate and monitor capsule filling machines, ensure proper feeding of powders, and maintain accurate production records, while adhering to cGMP, SOPs and data integrity.

1–5 years of relevant experience preferred; experience in regulated GMP manufacturing is valued.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing.
• Experience with capsule filling is preferred.
• Experience in regulated/GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor capsule filling machines as per approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Perform machine setup, assembly, dismantling, cleaning and changeover activities.
• Ensure correct dispensing/feeding of powder or granules into the capsule filling machine.
• Monitor machine parameters and production output during the batch.
• Perform in-process checks and report abnormalities to the Production Officer/Supervisor.
• Ensure proper line clearance before starting production and after completion of batches.
• Maintain accurate production records, equipment logbooks and online documentation.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, safety procedures and data-integrity requirements at all times.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing.
• Experience specifically in capsule filling is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in regulated/GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing will be preferred.
