Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Capital Markets Services Analyst in Mumbai to support Wealth and Asset Management applications. The role targets professionals with 3–5 years of experience who can review client account opening forms and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams, perform quality checks, maintain records, and suggest process improvements. This role may require rotational shifts and offers a platform to grow within a leading global firm.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in wealth management or related field.
• Graduation in any discipline.
• Experience with account opening processes and KYC is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer account opening forms and documents.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Perform quality checks on account opening cases and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Liaise with Compliance and Risk teams to resolve documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records of validation checks and escalate non-compliant cases.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Be an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.
• Role may require rotational shifts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and validate customer account opening forms and supporting documents.

• Perform quality checks on account opening cases to identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Liaise with internal teams (Compliance, Risk) to resolve documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records of validation checks and elevate non-compliant cases.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and internal policies
• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management.
• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
