Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Capital Markets Services Analyst in Chennai to support wealth and asset management applications. The role involves reviewing account opening forms, ensuring KYC compliance, and performing quality checks within a team environment.

You will coordinate with Compliance and Risk, document validation results, and pursue process improvements while adapting to regulatory changes and shift rotations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in wealth management or related field.
• Experience with customer account opening and KYC processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate customer account opening forms and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer and other regulatory requirements).
• Perform quality checks on account opening cases to identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Liaise with internal teams (Compliance, Risk) to resolve documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records of validation checks and escape non-compliant cases.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and internal policies
• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management.
• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
